Household

Free tool

Start with what you own and owe. See what you can use now, what is reserved and what becomes available later. Your saved figures carry through the connected plan.

Use EUR throughout. Convert foreign balances yourself; this plan does not fetch exchange rates.

1. Your starting point

For a couple, use one person’s age as the timeline. Express a partner’s pension start as that same person’s age at the time.

2. What do you own?

Pick an asset type. Add only what you have; a current statement is a good starting point.

How each asset feeds the plan

Accessible investments fund your goals now. Emergency cash stays reserved. Pension pots count in net worth today and can fund Financial freedom from the access age you enter. Your home and other goal savings stay outside that projection.

If one account has two purposes, split its actual balance into two rows. Do not repeat an account or count pension income derived from a pot that is already included.

3. Pension income: state, final-salary or annuity

Add hereA pension that pays a set income: a state pension, a final-salary (defined benefit) scheme, or an annuity you have already bought. Enter the yearly amount after tax, in today’s money, and the age it starts.
Not hereA pension pot with a balance you will draw from later (workplace or personal). That is something you own: add it under What do you own? as a Pension pot, with the age you can access it.

Never enter the same pension in both places.

No estimate yet? Leave this empty and return with a provider statement. Income is assumed to maintain its buying power. Financial freedom uses it to reduce retirement spending that investments must cover; it is not automatically added to Budget income.

Review pensions saved in Pensions & policies

Choose a pot or an income stream for each scheme. Use net income in today’s EUR. Check for existing Household rows before adding a record.

4. What do you owe?

Include mortgages, car loans and other debts. Add the required monthly payment here; extra repayments come later in Budget.

No debts? Leave this list empty.
